- Federal and State Regulatory Matters – We have secured entry certification, tariff and transactional approvals before the FCC and all 50 states’ regulatory commissions. We regularly assist local exchange carriers, long distance companies, Internet phone providers and others with federal and state regulatory compliance, rulemakings and other general inquiries involving VoIP and advanced services, interconnection and compensation, reporting and surcharge requirements, service contracts, slamming, billing, E911 and other operational and/or competitive issues.
- Arbitrations, Complaints, Enforcement and Litigation – We represent clients in a wide variety of telecommunications advocacy, investigatory and enforcement matters, including contract disputes, interconnection arbitrations, PSC/PUC complaints and investigations, and FCC or Team Telecom (DOJ, FBI, DHS and DOD) inquiries, reviews and enforcement matters, including litigation in both state and federal courts.
